Jemima Toseafa (Mrs.) joined GWCL as a Legal Officer in 1999, providing courtroom representation. In 2003, as Senior Legal Officer, she added drafting, reviewing and negotiating of GWCL legal documents. From 2009, as Legal Manager, she coordinated GWCL Board/Committee meetings, ensuring timely communication of Board decisions and relevant issues to Management.

From 2014, as Chief Manager (Legal Services) she addresses GWCL’s legal and corporate governance needs and ensures compliance with laws while providing advice with respect to corporate, legal, regulatory and other matters.

Prior to joining GWCL, Mrs. Toseafa worked as Legal Counsel for Messrs Kyeremateng and Associates in Accra and Messrs Barton Odro and Partners in Cape Coast. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana and a Barrister at Law qualification from the Ghana School of Law, Accra.
