Ing. Cephas T. Oguah
Cephas Tetteh Oguah is currently the Chief Manager for Corporate Planning department of the Company and has over thirty-two years post-graduation experience in the Water Supply Sector, covering the whole range of water supply engineering and management, including planning and design, construction, operation and maintenance, human resources, financial, customer management, procurement, corporate planning, and monitoring and evaluation. He has a sound knowledge of the water supply sector in Ghana.
Positions that he has held in the Company prior to his current position include Projects Engineer, District Manager, Regional/Area Engineer, Head of Projects, Regional Chief Manager (Upper East and Accra East Regions) and Chief Manager (Procurement). He also serves on the executive committee of the Africa Water Association, where he is the chairman of the Working Group of Experts for Non-Revenue Water Reduction.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Sanitary Engineering, and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration.
