Hon. Konadu, also holds a Diploma in Education from the University of Education – Winneba (Kumasi Campus) now the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development as well as Certificates in Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management, and Securities Trading from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Currently, he has successfully completed part two of a three-part examination with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK) and holds an ACCA Achievers award for Accountants in Business.
Hon. Konadu worked as an Audit Assistant at KDA Accounting Services and subsequently as a Senior Accounts Officer in charge of internal controls at Opoku Trading and Rural Service both in Kumasi over a period of 6 years. He served in both positions simultaneously till 2017 when he joined Greenfields Management Limited as the Operations Manager for the Ashanti Region until 2020.
Hon. Konadu is a member of the Committee on Health and Committee on Poverty Reduction Strategy in the 8th parliament of Ghana.
