Perpetua Asomani serves as the Ag. Chief Manager, Lands & Estates at Ghana Water Ltd, where she leads the strategic acquisition, management, and disposal of assets across the company’s sixteen operational regions. With over twenty years of experience, she has developed a strong expertise in land acquisition for water infrastructure projects, public asset management, compensation valuation, and resettlement.
She holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Economy from KNUST, a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from GIMPA, a certificate in Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Social Responsibility from the University of Groningen, Netherlands and an Advanced Leadership Certificate from Friedrich Erbert Stiftung.
Perpetua is a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), the African Real Estate Society (AfRES), and the American Real Estate Society (ARES).
Throughout her career, Perpetua has held various leadership positions in both her professional and private life. She is currently a Trustee on the Ghana Water Occupational Pensions Scheme (Tier 2) and the Provident Fund Scheme (Tier 3). She also serves as the Organizing Secretary – Network of Professional Women in WASH (WiWASH), Chairperson of the Ghana Water Ladies Association (Head Office Region) and the immediate past National Divisional Secretary (SSU) – Public Utility Workers Union of TUC.
Beyond her professional commitments, she is deeply committed to mentoring young professionals and fostering a strong sense of social responsibility within her community.
