She is effective in presenting and communicating to diverse agencies within the water sector, including significant decision makers, Boards, and other business leaders, to engender confidence and credibility.
From 2009 to date, Mrs. Toseafa has worked as Company Secretary with various Boards and Chairmen and Directors of diverse backgrounds. She understands boardroom dynamics and has extensive experience in boardroom practice.
She joined GWL as a Legal Officer in 1999 and was appointed Chief Manager (Legal Services) and Company Secretary in 2014. Prior to joining GWL, Mrs. Toseafa worked as Legal Counsel for Messrs Kyeremateng and Associates in Accra, and Messrs Barton Oduro and Partners in Cape Coast.
She is a Senior Member of the Ghana Bar Association and a Notary Public. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana and a Barrister at Law qualification from the Ghana School of Law, Accra. She has a Master’s degree in Governance and Leadership from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and has won two academic awards, including Best Student, Governance and Leadership, 2013 GIMPA Graduating Class. In January 2024, she graduated from the University of Ghana School of Law with a master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law.
