Beyond her technical legal expertise, her key competencies include providing strategic leadership, formulating business policies, and managing complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas within the urban water subsector. She is effective in communicating with diverse agencies within the water sector, including key decision makers, Boards, and other business leaders, to engender confidence and credibility.

Mrs. Toseafa is a Senior Member of the Ghana Bar Association, a Notary Public and Member of the Institute of Directors, South Africa (IoDSA). She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana and a Barrister at Law qualification from the Ghana School of Law, Accra. She has a Master’s degree in Governance and Leadership from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and has won two academic awards, including Best Student, Governance and Leadership, 2013 GIMPA Graduating Class. In January 2024 she graduated from the University of Ghana School of Law with a Master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law.
